Oral Presentation Guidelines

  • Presentation Duration:
    • Full and J2C papers: 20 minutes (15 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A).
    • Doctoral Colloquium: 15 minutes (10 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A).
  • File Format & Slides:
    • Accepted formats: .PDF or .PPTX.
    • Slide setup: 16:9 aspect ratio (widescreen).
    • Use only standard Windows fonts. Please avoid non-standard or language-specific fonts.
    • Images: Insert images via “Insert → Picture → From File” (formats: JPG or PNG). Avoid copy-paste.
    • Videos: Only MP4 or AVI are supported. To prevent playback issues, save your file as .pptx.
  • Submission:
    All presentations must be delivered onsite at the Registration Desk via USB, preferably the day before your scheduled talk. If your session is scheduled in the afternoon, you may also deliver it in the morning of the same day. This will help avoid queues and minimize technical issues.
