Oral Presentation Guidelines

  • Presentation Duration:
    • Full and J2C papers: 20 minutes (15 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A).
    • Doctoral Colloquium: 15 minutes (10 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A).
  • File Format & Slides:
    • Accepted formats: .PDF or .PPTX.
    • Slide setup: 16:9 aspect ratio (widescreen).
    • Use only standard Windows fonts. Please avoid non-standard or language-specific fonts.
    • Images: Insert images via “Insert → Picture → From File” (formats: JPG or PNG). Avoid copy-paste.
    • Videos: Only MP4 or AVI are supported. To prevent playback issues, save your file as .pptx.
  • Submission:
    All presentations must be delivered onsite via USB at the beginning of the session.
