The IEEE QAI 2025 welcomes the submission of Journal-to-Conference (J2C) papers, i.e., the presentation of recently published and high-impact journal papers on topics related to methodological advancements and compelling novel applications of quantum artificial intelligence.
Eligibility
In order to be acceptable for the journal track, the paper must have been published within two years starting from their first appearance on the IEEEXplore/ScienceDirect platforms, including Early Access, and ending on the day of the conference.

- IEEE Transactions on Pattern Analysis and Machine Intelligence
- IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man and Cybernetics
- IEEE Intelligent Systems
- Quantum Machine Intelligence (Springer)
- Quantum Information Processing (Springer)
- Applied Soft Computing (Elsevier)
- Patter Recognition Letters (Elsevier)
- Neural Networks (Elsevier)
- npj Quantum Information (Nature Partner Journals)
- Machine Learning: Science and Technology (IOP Science)

Contributions appearing on journals outside of the list above will be desk rejected. The scope and key contribution of the papers must be clearly and primarily on quantum artificial intelligence.
Proposal Submission Guidelines
Prospective J2C Papers are expected to submit a document, including the following information:
- Title of the Journal Paper.
- Authors.
- Originality, contributions and significance for the QAI field.
- Link to the DOI of the published Journal Paper.
The accepted J2C Papers will not appear in the conference proceedings.
