The IEEE QAI 2025 solicits proposals for tutorials aimed at researchers, students and practicing professionals. 

Tutorial Rules

Traditionally, tutorials attract a broad range of audiences, including professionals, researchers from academia, students, and practitioners, who wish to enhance their knowledge in the selected tutorial topic. Tutorials offer a unique opportunity to disseminate in-depth information on specific topics in the quantum artificial intelligence field.

  • Format: Tutorial may have a duration of 1.5 hours or 3 hours.
  • Attendance: Tutorials must be presented in person.
  • Attendance fee: Tutorial attendance is free for those who register for the main conference.

Proposal Submission Guidelines

Prospective Tutorial proposers are expected to submit a document, including the following information:

  • Title of the Tutorial.
  • Duration (1.5 or 3 hours).
  • List of organizers with names, affiliations, email addresses, short biographies, personal websites or Google Scholar profiles.
  • Previous tutorials given by the presenters.
  • Significance of the topic, timeliness, novelty, relevance to the QAI community.
  • Outline and description of the tutorial.

All proposals will be evaluated according to their relevance for QAI 2025, novelty, impact on the community, and expertise of the presenters.
